By the way it looks/shaped and you really don't want to expose to your partner because it's the way you feel about it?

  2. thats exactly how i feel :(

  3. No. im happy for who i am and what i have

  4. No i like my body there's nothing wrong with it i'm not fat but i could lose some weight

  5. Yes i'm very ashamed of my body I'm muscular I weigh 190 but I don't look it also the fact I'm FTM I havn't tranitined but I hate my body I try every day to ignore that. I don't even allow my gf to touch my chest. I'm that ashamed.

  6. i really hate my body.

sumtimes when i look at other guys, i focus on their parts that are attractive and that i wish i had, and then suddenly im fantasting abt them and stuff.

  7. Only when I think about it... and I'm doing better, bit by bit.

  8. I'm an odd shape, and in my late teens went through anorexia and bulimia trying (unsuccessfully) conform to what I considered normal.  I still have problems with self body image, even though I've done some modeling and I'm the type of person that can attract people just walking down the street or just sitting on the train (which while flattering can make me a little uneasy).  Oh and by the way - I'm male...

  9. I'm single but yes, I don't like my body. I'm on a diet and working out a lot to change it. If you love someone and he/she loves you I don't think the body matters. If you're having this problem you should talk to your boyfriend/girlfriend about it. I'm sure you're worried over nothing. We all have our flaws

  10. Why, I always tell my friend that she shouldn't be ashamed of who she is and your body is part of you and your identity as a person. I mean, aren't you glad that you are unique? Relatives may say we have our mother's eyes or something but compared to twins or triplets (no offense), aren't you glad that no one else looks identical to you? You see, my friend here is flat-footed and she complains that it makes her weaker than others and that she cannot achieve things like climbing a rock wall but in truth, it should make you stronger than others 'cos you should prove to others that you are most comfortable in your own body. All your "disabilities" or so you put it should motivate you to prove to others that this "disability" does not make you weaker. Speaking of which, that is what really drives people with real disabilities to achieve. What has been deemed impossible by many of us has been achieved by them. So why so glum?

It's one thing to love yourself; it's another to respect (yourself).

    Chill, man! :)

  11. I'm very self-conscious about my body. Ever since I was a young girl, mostly due to cruel school children, I've always been criticized about my weight, I've always been really thin, mostly because my mom was thin. As much as I ate I never really gained weight.

Now that I'm in my 20s, I have been able to put some weight on, but I don't really have a feminine figure... the nice curvy hips or anything. The first time my girlfriend saw me nude (or the first time ANYONE saw me nude for that fact), I felt so self-conscious and embarrassed... I thought, my butt isn't shapely enough, my hips have no curve to them, my stomach could be flatter... I looked at her and she looked perfect to me. I told her how beautiful she looked and she didn't say anything until she said, "You have such an amazing body. You're beautiful."

I completely froze and needless to say, I realized that she was in the same position as I was. She felt a little uncomfortable being nude, since she is curvier than I am and everytime I comment her on her body, she blushes a little. In her eyes, there's nothing wrong with my body... she loves it, and she loves me. And it's the same for her. Stepping out of your comfort zone a little will help you learn to love yourself and learn to love someone else and their body.

After being nude around her and vice versa, I've learned that it's helped me become more accepting of my body. Having her support has made the self-acceptance process much easier.

Best of wishes to you. : )
