Do you feel they are an addition and add value to a woman's looks or do you feel they are too obviously fake and ridiculous looking to add anything?

  1. awkward

  2. It depends on how they are done. I have a friend who did this and she's VERY happy with the results.

  3. They look great if she had small b***s and now has like C's or something but if she is like going to be double D's then that would look really weird especially if she is a small person... i think its really hot when girls have b***s that match their body like if you are more bulky and large then like D's but if you are skinny maybe C's

  4. Hello,

The operation can be done to look natural or "more than natural." Many women want their b*****s pretty large and those viewing them in public may not be aware of this.

When made really large implanted b*****s can look pretty ridiculous. I'll give you that. I tell friends who are not my patients: "Be careful when choosing size. Bigger is not always better"

  5. Natural looking boob jobs are flattering to her figure.  Anything that's over-inflated is ridiculous.

  6. They usually look obviously fake and make the woman look stupid superficial, as well as completely insecure.

  7. People go under the knife probably are those having inferiority complex, very insecure about themself and lack of self confidence. Natural is the way to go.

  8. You only notice the obviously fake ones, no doubt plenty of women have had breast surgery and it's not immediately obvious

well unless you get to have a go of them

  9. I heard breast implants decrease nipple and breast sensitivity not sure if it is true(learned it in a feminist class) but in the off chance that it is true I think breast implants are a bad idea.

Sure nice b*****s are fun and attractive but they come in all sizes.

        --

Side note- In the UK a scientist/doctor- is researching a way to use stem cells to increase breast size for patients who had breast cancer.

He says the procedure is not intented for breast enlargement but if it works it is only a matter of time before someone markets it(the companies that finance his work hold the patent rights most likely).

That would hopefully end the safety issue's in regard to implants and also allow women who don't like there b*****s to get something done about it without being laughed at by other women and men.

All in al b*****s are just one part of a person, to judge a women on the size of her b***s sounds pretty sexist and idiotic(since for a large part breast size doesnt matter too much in milk production)

  10. Nah i HATE them whenever i see fake **** its like my attraction switch gets switched to off

  11. Natural is the best way to go.

  12. A good operation isn't obvious so there are some that are fine. Most aren't. I don't go for them m'self, but I see no harm in them.

  13. I live in California, and believe me we've got a lot of fake b***s around here.  I can always spot them, they don't obey the same gravity as the rest of us.

I think that fake b***s are a form of self mutilation, but I have great b***s and have never felt inadequate in that way... I'm not judgemental about it, I just think it's kindof icky.  To put it in perspective I also think any piercing or tattoos are also self mutilation...including pierced ears, which I personally don't have, and although I do think some tatoos are pretty I would NEVER get one.

  14. I've never seen a set that looked natural. There are too many tell-tale signs that someone has had breast implants such as being unnaturally high up on the chest, too perky, unnatural roundness, not moving when the woman does, a huge gap down the middle of the chest, b*****s that point outward, the edges of the implants being visible at the top, b*****s that look too large for the woman's body type, and those that don't flatten out when the woman lies down on her back. Other signs that are even worse are encapsulation (the skin puckering in around the implant) and shiny skin that looks like it's being stretched. If women want larger b*****s, there are safer ways to achieve that look such as padded bras, falsies, and choosing outfits that make them look larger on top. What are the women who have had implants going to do when large b*****s go out of style again?

  15. Pam Anderson.... Made them look gorgeous and awkward...
