  3. After i go on a binge eating frenzy i usually hate myself

  4. i never indulge in food. in fact, when i finish a meal, i am always still a little bit hungry. not only is that what we are suppose to do healthwise, this is what we follow from hadeeth (to fill our stomachs with equal parts food, water, and emptiness)

    I have very strong feelings about people who indulge and waste when the vast majority of the people in the world are starving.

    im a little upset to see such answers coming from muslims ^^^

  5. Not guilty, no, because people make a living out of it.

  6. No for 2 reasons:

    1) A lot of food means good energy. (if u exercise of course)

    2) How can one not eat chicken? Its so delicious.

  17. No, if God gave you food you should totally eat it wisely. Although, when I eat alot....i feel bloated and as if my stomach will explode. I have a bad habit if eating alot and eating fast only sometimes though Im really skinny.....Anyways if you already have the food thne eat all of it, but if you are going food shopping and realize you do not need all of tht food, then give it to charity. Salam.

    Although, it is hadeeth to alwats leave your stomach a litrle empty. I find it hard because there is delicioud food on the plate just beckoning my name. Sadly...

    Also, we should always excercise. I need to start doing that more...
