Chile, France, England and many other countries have a law against say the holocaust never happened. Do you want that for America? or should we keep freedom of speech the way it is.

You can serve almost 5 years in chile for say the holocaust never happened i read a New York times article two years ago.

  1. people should be able to say what they want... what if some how amazingly it didnt happen and was a big coverup? (im actually jewish too im jus sayin what if)

  2. As much as I'm against people saying that, our constitution guarantees freedom of speech, and if we start messing with that ti could mean trouble.

  3. No.  How can you determine who is an idiot if you prevent them from self identifying themselve?

  4. They should have Freedom of Speech too.

  5. the holocaust never happened

  6. no.  However according to tthe newspaper American Free Press, there are countries that will put pople in jail for stating publically that the hocaust eiher did not happen or there were much less than 6 million dead. Canada. along with many other countries do not have anything like our right to free speech.

  7. In the consitution it states that we have the right to free speach, and through that your wish and my wish to have that law cbecome legal is impossible.

I once had a teacher who said that the holocaust was just clenseing out crimmnals that got out of hand.

I wanted to slap him in the face!

I think we should make an exception to this, and if you break it you have to live in a concentration camp.
