Do you feel that you have represention, in Washington D.C.?

I, personally, do not feel the least represented, in D.C.! I watch C-span, live, and get the impression, that none of us are. Watching the House, and Senate, in action, is a real education.

  1. NO, my reason below. How can they represent the average person. I do not believe this is what our founding forefathers intended. We need to get rid of the two party system, that gets who they want elected. People need to start voting independent candidates, and I feel we would acctually get to vote fore someone that the people choose, and not whom the party chooses.

In the House of Representatives, the median net worth was about $675,000, with 44 percent of members having net worths estimated to be at least $1 million. By contrast, only about 1 percent of all American adults had a net worth greater than $1 million around the same time.
