  1. no, i always use the first one, because most people think the first one is the dirtiest but according to survey the first one is in fact the cleanest, public toilet seat has less germs than the counter in buffet restaurants.

  4. Definately because mine are usually difficult ones... I go as far as not taking a poo anywhere but my house unless under extreme circumstances

  13. Many young people are embarrassed to use the bathroom at school. By holding it, complications can set in like chronic constipation and sluggish bowels. You have to look at it this way. It's natural thing, everyone has to go to the bathroom, so go and don't think anything of it. No one else cares, they do it too.
