Do you feel uncomfortable when the person who treats you to dinner is a bad tipper?

Especially if you go to a restaurant that you frequent a lot. I always tip quite generously, but I have been taken out to dinner by some light tippers. I don't want to insult them by sticking a few more dollars on the table, but I don't like to be tagged a bad-tipper by my favorite restaurants either. Ever run into this problem?
