Do you feel upset when you leave your cat at home?

when i go out for couple of horse and leave my cat at home

i really feel upset and just think of her and what is she doing

I have lost a cat before, she was an indoor cat and she went out while i was at work and never came back

do you think this is the reason?

you may be frightened that this would happened again. Its okay to feel this.

i feel real bad when i leave my cat on her own but when i get back i try and make a real fuss of her
