Do you feel younger than your true age? If so, do you lie about your age?

Yes, I feel younger than my true age.  I'm 51 years old, but look no more than 40.   People are surprised all the time when I tell my true age.  But I dont lie.  I dont like lying about my age.  I feel phony.  I'd rather tell it like it is.  I believe that the type of work I've done for years (in the office) plus going to the gym, dancing, bowling in a league, have kept me feeling younger.  I have friends the same age as myself, who became very settled in their 40's, and now that they're in their 50's ,they tire easily and dont do much.  Now maybe when I reach 60 I might think about lying (laugh).  Til then, I'll tell truth about my age.

Yeah I get told to act my age all of the time but I don't lie about my age.
