Do you find a correlation between places that pollute the most and natural disasters that strike them?

For example China at the moment but others also. Indonesia with its mud volcano from oil drilling.

No.  There is no correlation except perhaps unrelated ones.  For example, mountainous regions tend to have numerous resources and also have earthquakes.  The earthquakes actually hit the more sparsely populated areas relative to the big population centers toward the east.
