Covert-operations agent Michael Westen, played by Jeffrey Donovan got my attention when I stumbled upon one Burn Notice preview. His first-person narrative (including frequent stream of consciousness voice-overs providing nuggets of exposition) from the viewpoint of a spy fascinates me. I've learned so many things from this one. Reminds me of my childhood favorite tv series Mcgyver.
