Do you find it difficult to sleep after seher ?

  1. well i have a totally different problem i stay awake till sahor and then sleep bt i always wake up 4 or 5 hours later:s so now  i only sleep 5 hours a day

  3. typically no. this morning i had a nasty stomach ache after drinking my usually carnation good start, but i had a yogurt too and some water and all of that combined made me feel like i was going to explode

  4. Yes the past two mornings i have found it really difficult, i have to wake for work at around 7 so those last two hours of sleep are quite valuable.

    I suppose once we get used to it, it will get easier.

    I don't sleep after sehri. So I'll grab a book or the Qur'an and read it until around 10:00am

  7. nope suprisingly i fall asleep in like 2 mins, dnt no why, i tend to fall asleep real fast on a full stomach. i get up then eat then while i wait for morning prayer a few mins i brush teeth do wudu then pray subuh. i feel very refreshed then i sleep a couple hours till i have to get up for work...i love ramadan

  8. I actually stay up till al sohoor. And yeah , I find it difficult to sleep afterwards.It's like everything changes in Ramadan. My sleeping hours, my eating hours, I change in Ramadan. lol. Everything just changes.

    Yes, all the time, every single solitary day, especially when I've got to go school. Kills me, but I can't do anything about it. Once I wake up, I can't go to sleep. Sucks big time...

  10. My sleeping habits are really messed up! I sleep after Sehar and I don't work at the moment nor am I at UNi so it is cool ;)

  11. No. Though I did not sleep well at ALL and I don't really know why.

    We woke up like 10 mins to fajr and we had to hurry, so I was still half asleep after prayer!!

  12. No cause i dont wake up for suhoor. I just go to bed late and eat someit before i sleep and thats it.

  14. Usually yes but this year since Ramadan began, I've been staying up late and going to sleep after praying Fajr namaz. By then I'm *so* sleepy that I have no problem switching off!

  17. lol yea, that's why i always look tired.  i probs get about 3 hours sleep in Ramadan.  i don't go bed till about 2am, then mum wants me to wake up with her to help  make breaky, for me fam, and that's like about 3am,  and hten i don't go back to bed till about 8, cos i want to read my Quran, and stuff, and then i gots to get up :P. lool. and i don't like naps in the afternoon. :P
