Yeah, white noise is necessary for me to sleep well.

If i dont have my AC on and wear my special blanket at the same time its really hard for me to get sleep if i get any at all.

i find it hard to sleep *with* that kinda buzzing background noise. instead, i opt for soothing music - Pink Floyd's The Division Bell at the moment.
