naa......i take it day by day. its all a bunch of mumbo-jumbo to me anyhow. if they get rid of the trolls, i might show more interest in what they might be doing or going to do.

I find it kind of funny that they are "going to miss the feeling of connection we had with the members of 360°"

I missed the connection they had with the users in the first place!  By connection do they mean automated emails, if you heard back from them at all? Or were they referring to how it was next to impossible to find a way to communicate directly with an actual human employee? I guess their mission statement is right after all, when they say they value a sense of humor!
