Generation Me describes anyone born in the 1970s, 1980s, or 1990s -- in 2008, this means people between the ages of 9 and 38.

socialism is the way of the future where we are all equal and the rich pay their dues for enslaving us.

Considering socialism is where the government takes care of the people more so than the current government, not really. The "me" generation just wants more amenities than currently offered. Seems pretty logical to me.
