do they earn the same respect?

do they get the same opportunities?

do they get the same treatment?

do they earn the same pay?

If you think they do not, is it because there is no "equality" in this woirld when it comes to respect, opportunities, treatment and pay?

Then why do the feminist yap yap yap about gender equality and wage gap etc?

  1. I think the issue is equal opportunity.  Not that people be exactly equal in all respects.  So in your example, that one identical twin is not disadvantaged by, say, the fact that they were the one born second.

  2. I agree with u, there's not exists two equal individuals in the world. The thing is, when those inequalities are based on conditions which are inherent to the persons, we are hurting the human dignity, since we understand we have born equal and free... that's what we believe as society, and is how our laws has to works.

  3. What you described is an instance of inequality between two individuals. Institutions like sexism, racism, and homophobia are SYSTEMS rather than things that happen on a case-by-case basis. There will never be complete equality between two individuals, but when there is significant inequality between two very large demographics, then we have a problem.

  4. I would say we have equal oppurtunity
