no i don't, its more annoying to be around a big mouth that doesn't know when to shut up.

Absolutely not.  Much rather be around a quiet person, who is more likely actually listening to you during a conversation.  Remember, we were born with two ears and one mouth - use accordingly.

Somewhat, I understand it, but I wish they would just mellow out.

depends how shy they are if they're alittle shy then its all gd,cuz im alil shy too but if they really shy it annoys me

No. Why would that annoy me? People come from all types of personalities....and if a certain personality trait is annoying, then simply don't hang out with them.
