I find websites like this to be just another activity I enjoy doing that kills time rather than an addiction.  Yes, I'd be annoyed if for some reason I couldnt check my YA or facebook when I wanted to but the same could be said for anything else I do like reading, playing my ds or texting a friend.

i was gonna say addiction, but i think the first answerer's comment is more accurate. it does just become a routine, a habit.
