  1. Nope.  My job keeps roof over my head and puts food on the table.  It provides me with medical insurance.  Losing my job would be depressing.

  2. Yep.

Narky, tired tourists do my head in.

  3. I only find work depressing when I haven't got anything to do.  I love my job, although there are quiet periods.  Sounds like you need to find something you would enjoy doing, too.

  4. Yes, I did I wished it would closed and it did, now I've been going to school. The kicker is they're paying 4 it. lol

  5. Yes. Sometimes I can hardly stand being there. I need to find a new job, and I suggest that you do too.

  6. Yes and that's why I have taken two years out to work with the VSO and do something a little more meaningful.

  7. Chin up mate, only another 45 years of it and you can retire.  lol

Seriously, i do know how you feel.  Before i was able to start my present job i had to be Criminal Record Bureau checked and at the time they had a massive backlog. Rather than just sit at home, unpaid, waiting for weeks for the clearance to come through, i got an assembly job at a local factory.  I had two little straight lengths of pipe and an angle bit. (boxes of them actually) and all i had to do, ALL DAY, was s***w a straight piece onto each end of the angle piece!  After a couple of hours my brain was going numb with tediousness of it. I lasted 3 days and walked out, i just could not take it any more. The guy next to me at the bench had been doing it for 17 years and thought it a nice easy job.  Aaaaarrrrrrhhhhhhhh.

I have'nt cried since i was about 8 years old but probably after another day i would have.

  8. No and if it's getting to you that much you need to start looking for another job.

  9. Why work to achieve someone elses goal when you can work for yourself to achieve yours. Starting your own business is the key :)
