Question:

Do you find yourself playing devils advocate?

Are you willing to admit that you've played devils advocate in the RHH section in an attempt to spark a good debate? Have you played the role so hard that you actually went against what your actual music tastes are in order to go against the grain and to get people riled up?

Outside of the internet have you rejected the mass appeal in an attempt to be different?

  1. I sometimes ask slightly controversial questions or put slightly controversial answers but generally no I stick to my beliefs unless I'm bored or half drunk and want to see the reaction.

  2. Yo i do that **** all the time lol i dont know its funny

  3. It's unnatural but it is something I do from time to time...It makes things interesting but I like to get spark a good debate but I refuse to get belligerent with you good people. No need to put others on blast about it...This should be in good fun and we should learn from one another.

  4. not really im actually more of a hater in real life than on the internets. like when these hipster kids are trying to tell me how good the cool kids are. like bi2ch i asked you to light me up not who you like to listen to in your spare time.

  5. Is that a new board game?  :P

  6. I have not in this section but in real life I have more then often . They say my last name should be Contreras due to the fact that I usually speak contrary to what their point of view is be it politics, religon, sports ,music. I sometimes just like to see the reaction and response from people when I do that .

  7. i've done it in real life just to get my friends to fight but never on here

  8. no...people play the opposite role in order to start arguments with me.

  9. I do it sometimes, I admit.

NT does it all the time.  Makes things interesting.

  10. Nope, I say what I feel, sometimes someone answers one of my questions from a different point of view, brings up a good point, and it makes me look at the situation, the artist, producer differently. My opinion might sway another way if someone brings up a good point, that I didn't notice before.

No, there's a lot of things I like that most people can relate to, it doesn't matter to me, whether it's popular or not, as long as it's good, and i'm not just talking music, i'm talking everything. Another thing is, it's one thing when you are different, but when you go out of your way to try and be different, that's just being fake.

  11. I don't know if I've gone that far, but I do like to spark a good debate and quite often ask questions that have got nothing to do with my personal opinions, just to see what the reactions and arguments for and against it are.

Sometimes it makes you look at your own point of view in a whole different light, and I love that.

I do go against what a room full of people are saying sometimes if I'm bored and want to see what happens. *evil laugh*

  12. No.  I'm not that clever.  I say the same things here that I say anywhere when I'm talking about hip hop.
