I fold it... but it also one of those gender things... I was reading one day in one of those humorous fact books that men are more likely to scrunch and women are more likely to fold... but like everythign else there are exceptions... some men will fold and some women will scrunch

Fold, gentler on my delicate ****!  Also no gaps.  Scrunching uses way too much paper which is likely to block the loo!

scrunch it, it gives it more texture, folded is too flat, just like you how a bath towel is better to dry with than a sheet, because the sheet is too flat and the towel has more friction
