Do you get 5 cents in Iowa (and in other states) for recycling all glass bottles, or just one's marked?

For example, Leinenkugel's beer bottles mention recycling for five cents, where a Bud Light glass bottle does not. Both seem to be the same thing to me.

You only get a deposit back on bottles that had a deposit paid on it in the first place. If the Bud Light does not indicate a deposit chances are one was never paid on it in the first place. Perhaps it was purchased in a state without deposits?

for example, wine bottles are never recycleable.

they have far to strong a lobby.

either that, or they keep their legislature folks supplied with whatever kind of wine they'd like.
