Do you get along with your in laws?

What do you do to make peace?

the nice ones, obviously.  the controlling ones, na.  to keep peace, stay away.

I don't cause problems that require making peace and I stay out of petty arguments that don't involve me.  It's rather easy....

No! I don't get along with my mother in- law...we don't speak at all or see each other. And my hubby is on my side %100. She is a horrible person.

Love 'em. My hubby side of the family takes my side over his, and my side of the family takes my hubby's side.  One big happy family I am grateful for.

To make peace, I "stay on the middle of the fence."  I avoid drama-igniting discussions especially with in-laws that are adamant in their opinions.  

Most importantly, my hubby and I don't put a lot of people in our business.  What goes on in our house, stays in our house, except when deemed absolutely necessary.

Just be as civil, pleasant and accomodating as you can (and is reasonable), but beyond that if your in-laws still treat you like c**p then it is up to your spouse to tell them to be nicer to you.

My mother in law is cool with me. My father in law doesnt really speak much to me. I think his a bit jaleous of me...taking his boys time away from him.
