no. its pretty much orientation for the most part. and 9th grade is pretty much a review of all the things that you learned in middle school [ grades 6-8]  so you dont have to worry.

and then you get to know what its like to be on highschool class schedule and just get to know how its going to be for the next 3 years.

thats about it.

All depends of your teacher. Some give A LOT and others not. But usually they take it pretty easy on freshman in my experience, unless your taking Honors or other advanced courses.

not really... If you have a studyhall you can get a lot of it done. The only time I had to bring homework home was when I had to write a paper or do a project.

man im starting ninth grade too its gonna be a lot of work but i can do it and i have to work hard becuz i want to get into a good university but im guessing since it is highschool now and not middle school then there will most likely most sadly be lots of homework...but i dont mind at all:) i also cannot wait to see how many hot guys there will be yay!!!!
