very good the only thing is that all the chicken we eat is male the females r sorted out to be egg layer's honest

The only meat we consume (in the US) is that of the hen.

Roosters are considered to be too gamey in taste and the meat is a lot more oily than the hens are.

The roosters are really just around to fertilize the eggs and produce more chickens.
