  1. Not at all. You don't get hooked on cocaine until you do it repeatedly, then your body starts to need it. You can do a decent amount of coke without getting addicted.

  2. No. The problem with hard drugs is:

Firstly, they can kill you at the first time, very unlikely but still possible. Secondly the problem is that when you have taken them once, the treshold has been stepped over. Doing something for the second time is not half as scary or difficult as doing something for the first time.

Cocaine is something which starts of as relatively unscary, many people don't feel any effect at all at the first time. It is also a relative non dangerous drug (concerning sudden death and harm to body and brain)

However, after the second or third time, when there comes a sudden effect, people start getting addicted to it.

Cocaine is something that makes you loose your inhibitions, you become more confident, loose your shyness and you creativity is booming. It is not just that your body gets addicted to this drug, but rather and primarily your mind.

Many people who have drinking problems, who are in the arts and music business, who have stress etc, take cocain and get addicted to it simply because of its effects on the mind.

However, unlike Heroin, there is no 'immidiate' addiction (concernig your body) with cocaine (after taking it a few times). It is still a very dangerous drug, especially with emotional unstable people.
