  1. No.  I don't get mad very often, but when I do it is for GOOD reason.  I do have a hard time calming myself down after a traumatic event occurs.  I have to release my anger...try to do it constructively...sometimes can't control that.  I'm fortunate in the fact that I can forgive....after blowing off enough steam.

  2. No !!

    I never get mad!!

Why do think i am mad!!!

    :-)

  3. yes.. i do..

    it just hits me..

    i get angry and bitchy...

i was with a friend . everything was fine but i got angry  and i yelled.. i  didn't know what happen. i walked away and took deep breath and repeat to myself... be calm...

  4. If I feel mad I have a reason real or imagined.I focus on acting right and how important it is that I do act right and stay humble with my attitude.I don't let feelings and emotions steer my actions. If what I am mad about is not my imagination then I talk about it and get it straightened out. I set up boundaries with the person who did something to hurt me if necessary. I forgive them but I don't  forget if they are not trustworthy anymore. If at all possible I would like to forgive and forget but it is not always the best thing because some people you cannot love them up close or trust them . I rest in my confidence that I am in the truth and trust that God will take care of that situation and it is not my job to deal with it so I must go on to something better and more worthy of y time and energy. It will be something that makes me happy.

  5. I get mad more often when I'm very tired or stressed.  I cure it by getting sleep or trying to get a better understanding of myself and others and what's causing it.  During the moments of anger though, I usually write out my thoughts so they aren't locked up inside.

  6. I use to have a terrible temper and it caused me a lot of pain when it came to relationships.  I have found that when I get angry it is because I am afraid of something, usually abandonment but there are all kinds of things.   Now that I know that when I find myself gettng angry I try to find out what I am afraid of and to figure out if it is a rational fear or not and when I deal with the fear my anger goes away.
