Do you get paid unemployment ifi'm disqualified?

My employer would not let me see my dying dad also wasn't paying me for work i had already done, taking child support out of my check and not sending it in and not making the repairs on my truck it needed

Why are you disqualified?  How about putting the effort into looking for a job instead of trying to get on the system.  Walmart is hiring, would pay better than unemployment anyway
