  1. A ban

  2. both i hope

  3. both

  4. Probably both, depends how lenent the judge is.

  5. both I think.

  6. Points plus fine. probably 6 points or more.

  7. Automatic disqualification and a fine of £5000 plus 4 points carried forward and your insurance will double

  8. all wrong!! you get put off the road there are different mandatory time lenghts for different countries!! and you get a fine!! a hefty one including having to pay for solicitors fees on 2/3 appearances in court (ie:getting ban, appealing ban, getting licence back) you do not get points since you have lost ur licence bu when u do get ur licence back u will have an endorsement on it which is very bad in terms of getting insurance again!! dont get me wrong some company will insure u but boy oh boy dey will love to see u comin cos th quote will be sky high mate!! another reason not to drink and drive eh!! i assure u it will be th dearest few pints of ur life!!

  9. To get it right for you, in the UK you will get 12 points AND a ban (plus a hefty fine). The points stay on your licence for 11 years so they'll still be there when you get your licence back, though they're only valid for "totting-up" purposes for 10 of those years.

  10. Points against you for Drunk Driving or DUI's.
