Do you get studio time and its affordable?

i'm a singer and i am currently looking for a studio to base myself in. i know its weird but i have to be comfortable wherever i am singing and im sick of relocating. if anyone knows of affordable studio's within reasonable hourly charges, your replies would be appreciated. (in london)
