  1. Yepp I'm like the designated driver of my group since i don't drink so I always end up having to take they're drunk arses home.

  2. I want to answer this question, but it would turn into a therapy session.

    Suffice it to say:

Yes. I am totally, thoroughly worn out.

  3. No, I only help out people if I know I can and it will not wear me out in doing so. I'm not selfish, and I like helping where I can, but there is no sense in wearing yourself to the ground just to help others - after all, you would be of no help at all if you were worn out.

  4. Yea of course i do, but i always feel good at the end of it XD

  5. Sometimes.  But there's two different ways I feel worn out.  The first is just physically worn out.  This is when I've done either some physically intense labor to help someone, or long hours.  But I felt more rewarded than exhausted.  The other kind is when I'm emotionally worn out.  This generally happens when I'm called on frequently to help out, almost to the point of being taken advantage of.

  6. No. It hasn't happened yet. The thing that wears me out the most is vague instructions or not enough information. It's hard to trying to read other people's minds. I have a hard enough time with my own. :0)

  7. Do you mean by helping on Q and A the answer is no, but I work in an environment that I do help and assist all day long and yes exhausted every day.

  8. No--because I only help if I can really help and want to, and have the time.

  9. I do. Sometimes its exhausting, but I wouldn't do it, if I didn't want to. Plus I feel a great sense of ...... I can not think of the word I want.

  10. yeah i do especially if they don't realise im helping them or they don't appreciate it.

  11. No, I only help people when I truly and sincerely can say, "no problem," when they thank me.  Otherwise, you end up being resentful that they're taking advantage.  Learn to say "I'm sorry, I can't," gracefully....you will be a happier person!

  12. Never. If somebody ask for help and I can do it I do and if the result is positive, than it gives me so much back as good feeling.

The world is greedy and hard enough, so a little helping hand from time to time doesn't hurt and it's easy.

  13. yeah forsure...you just feel good about it after.....just dont over do it cuz ull like destroy urself and probably not even be thinkin of urself;p
