  1. yeah I'm like that a lot, i just sort of watch as the day plays out in front of me, not doing anything unless I'm spoken to or prodded. it's a great laugh isn't it? just take everything one step at a time. get better.

  2. It's called dissociation from the body.  You detach from your body and your feelings, you go into the left-brain side of your mind and just watch your life happen.  That's why you don't feel your feelings.  It's called alienation.  Early on in your life, the pain of how you were treated got to be too much and you learned to respond this way.

I recommend a book to you--"Betrayal of the Body" by Alexander Lowen.  It's out of print but you can get it on Amazon.

  3. No.  Address the most important

    issue, and go from there.

    Maybe, you're doing too much,

slow down.  Take a deep breath.

    Feel the oxygen.

    Take some time to do

    something that makes you

    happy.

  4. only when it gets to the point where I know that there's absolutely nothing I can do about the situation. That's when you have to stop stressing about it (cos you'll just wear yourself out for no reason) and just wait for things to take their course - you'll find some light at the end of the tunnel eventually!
