I dont. I dont think its fair that someone should always have to make the sacrifice because they are a big baby. Plus its funny when they start pouting, and making a big scene, cause someone wont give in.

  1. It doesn't work with me.  The pushier the person is the ruder and more resistant I get.  In case it is someone who is in a position of authority I may make nice and get them in some covert way later.  In any case being an ashole does not work in the long run.

  2. I do to a certain extent, until I'm pushed too far and then I push back.  Your last responder is correct, I'm standing up to a bully right now ... and the stream of snide comments has slowed.

The funny thing is, is that this other person still thinks I want something from him.  Okay, actually I do want something from him.  I want him to suffer like he's been making me suffer.  Oh, and threatening me won't work.  It seems now I don't have anything to lose.  I might as well keep on going.

  3. ......pushy people shall NEVER climb the ladder to becoming super Bully

  4. Of course NOT. It's bad for you, it's bad for them and it's bad for whoever they meet after you have given in to them.

It's like Chamberlain appeasing Hitler at Munich. The consequences can be far-reachin.

  5. well sometimes they are right and you just have to face it

  6. no i dont give in to pushy pep never will

  7. This type of person is really a bully. They want to see how far they can go and if you are easy to over come. Once you stand your ground they will start to leave you alone. A bully does not like to be challenged.

  8. How old are these people you are talking about?
