  1. I would go for the pink because you get more points with it.

If you cant get on any reds from it i would go for a snooker. If you miss the brown you could throw away the game.

  2. ALWAYS play the pink first, if you sink that then go for the brown but if you dont pot the pink properly you may find yourself snookered ;-)

  3. I would go for the pink, better to play safe than loose it.

  4. The definitve cue sports question. It depends if you own the table or not. If you don't then I would recommend the brown. If you don't pot then you can walk away. However, on your own table you need to be much more careful and don't risk a cloth tear and play for the safe pink. At least with your own table you can play for free !!

  5. eaiser pink

  6. always pink

  7. im a pink man myself

  8. I would sooner kiss the pink than s***w the brown

  9. Always try for the brown first.

  10. when attempting the pink be very careful not to slide off with bottom or you could find yourself inadvertently s******g the brown and committing a foul

  11. Pink

  12. I've never understood why the pink is worth 6 points when the brown is only worth 4. I guess they didn't factor in ease of potting into the points system.

  13. Why would you go for a difficult brown to get just 4 points when you can pot an easy pink and take 6 points?

  14. It would depend which left me in the best situation after potting... :)

  15. Me I love the pink. Potted the brown quite alot too but always after a bit of pink first. never ever pot the pink after the brown is really not healthy and never ever put it back in ya pocket without a good wash after the brown as its really not worth the front skid marks lol.

  16. I have seen this question come up often and it does not make any sense to have a preconceived strategy to favour any colour ball over another because it has to depend on the lay of the table during the play. The primary objective of Snooker is to make the highest score of points counted by potting a red, which then gets you the right to pot any coloured ball for more points. In this case, it only makes sense to pot the highest value colour ball available at the time while also gaining position for the next object ball. Points are counted for each ball scored, (Red=1ppoint, Yellow=2pts, Green=3pts, Brown=4points, Blue=5pts, Pink=6pts, Black=7pts). The game continues alternating the potting of red and colour while respotting the coloured balls until all the red balls are eliminated. The game completes by sinking the last six coloured balls from yellow to black in order of their point values which is the only time a four point brown ball would be chosen over shooting a six point pink by a preconceived requirement.

The key is when you are playing snooker... skip the s*x, lol.
