2. at least 4-5 times a week (mayb even 6 or everyday lol)

3. Depends on how busy it is when i go and the people working. Busy times - 3-5mins (this store gets real busy) Not Busy (1min or less)

4. medium cheese burger meal or cheeseburger without pikles, ketchup or mustard add big mac sauce and lettuce... 6 nuggets with BBQ source and either coke or orange juice. I am also a fan of hot chocolate at McCafe.

5. Depends who is working some people are excellent others should get fired...

6. Fire the people who should b fired... (at this particular store anyways) and get of some of the employees backs about drive thru times because it is obvious they doin the best they can!!!!

I go almost everyday quick and easy and I can look up nutritional content before I go.

I use a drive thru that is designed to expedite orders so I usually only wait a few minutes to get my order.

I try to order only a cheese burger or a grilled chipotle wrap.

I usually recieve the right food from them but sometimes they are in such a rush to get to the next customer they give me the wrong chicken, fried instead of grilled.

My suggestion is even though people are in a hurry we also like to get the food we actually order so pay attention to the order that the customer is making instead of trying to just move on to the next customer.

no I'm not a regular customer i go seldom. when i do go the problem i have is if i order a quarter ex cheese and heavy onions only  i tell them  no pickles no ketchup nothing but ex cheese and heavy sliced onions only 8 out of 10 times they will give me  the wrong order and the bad thing  they will tell me  oh yea  its just cheese and onions  i open it  and  it has everything  so i go inside  and  tell  them  and  after  so  many  times  each visit i get  the wrong  one  i  told  the manager  you  only  need  a kindergarten diploma  to  work  at  McDonald's

Yes, I am a regular. I go to McDonald's at least 4 times a week. For service it normally takes no more than 10 mins. before I get my food and normally I order a Big Mac, Med. fries, and a small Coke (surprisingly I'm not fat) I'm not always satisfied with the customer service but most of the time I am. Right now I can't think of any suggestions but I shall contact if I do. Glad to be of any help...
