I woudln't expect to go to jail. You weren't that much above the limit so it could easily have been a mistake and not you just hopping into a car smashed. Also, people kill people while drunk in the car and dont go to jail so i woudln't expect you to.

        no i really doubt it.they want to make money and fine you.jail time would be a waist of money for the system.you will loose your license and have a fine under a grand plus maybe some classes that can cost more.good luck i know it sucks!
