Do you go to jail if you get pulled over driving without license?

I don't know if it is different here in Australia but do you go to jail if u get pulled over driving without a licence just randomly say for a breath test but u are not drinking, speeding etc? What about getting pulled over a second time? Thanks!!

  1. In the US you will be arrested for driving without a valid license.


  2. No you wont.

    In the US you only need to know your drivers liscense number and have another form of ID.

    The guy above me is flat out wrong.

  4. you MAY be issued a summons for no license but you will NOT go to jail.
