man i love going to the footy!! but* sometimes i cant make it because i play basketball friday nights and saturday arvos but every now and then when my team (THE MIGHTY HAWKAS) are playing on a sunday or a saturday night i always try to make it.. great atmosphere the footy has! =]

a bit of both,i love going to a live game as you can't get the same atmosphere at home plus i usually make a day / night out of it and hit the pubs before and after,home is good when you really want to watch the footy closely and relax.

I would say a combination of both going to the game and watching it at home.  I live in Brisbane and support the Lions, so therefore I go to all their home games.  I would love to also go to their away games but unfortunately don't have the money to be travelling all over the country, so therefore I watch the away games from home.

I love going to the football , you can see it live and feel the vibe of the crowd. plus yell atthe umpires here and there hehehe :)

Footy at the MCG is awesome, footy at Kardinia Park is beyond description. The joy of the Cats winning and then "We are Geelong, the greatest team of all" screamed (not singing) by all at the ground is terrific. I haven't been to Australia from here in Kansas since 2003, so I haven't been to a footy match in four years. Now we in America cannot see footy on television, so going to the ground has to win this question.

I go to all of the Saints home games, it is so much better than watching on the TV

I used to be a member at Waverly old VFL park.

Have only been to about 6 six games since it closed.

It's a 3 hour drive for me to the nearest stadium- Subiaco. We go up to watch the Swannies whenever they visit. And even though we are well outnumbered in the crowd it's still a real buzz to be amongst it and the Eagles fans sure put on a show! I love those beautiful moments like final siren at WCE's home final last year when 40000 Eagles supporters went deadly silent!!!!

Home. Haven't been to a game since an eagles freo derby when i was little. Now that I am really getting into the footy I cant get a seat at the game!. Dam popular eagles. Ther is like a waiting list for becoming a member. The only way to get a seat is to go over east or to be a dockers member and get a seat at the derby. The tickets sell out in 5minutes. My uncle uncle works for the eagles and could only get like 1 ticket and im too young to go by myself.

i watch it at home i live in Sydney and we get 6games a week live on Foxtel and the beer is cheaper
