Do you guys believe all of General Petreaus' reports, regarding the war?

Well, well, well! If it isn't a popular topic today! I've seen several guys already ask this same question! You know what I think? I think it's total BS! The whole deal! It's BS, a whole lot of BS, and nothing but BS! Bush and Chenney obviously are feeding him WHAT TO say!

I believe him - like I believe the sound coming out of a broken record.  6 more months, we're winning - 6 more months we're winning- 6 more months we're wining - It's their way of extending the war indefinately 6 months at a time and the same problems are still there - Civil war over power and oil and getting foriegners out (That's us and Al Qaida) while we prop up the "Malarki" government in hopes they will be able to take charge and give us rights to their oil which is why the people of Iraq are fighting us and the American installed Iraqi government.  

American troop suicide is up 20% this year.   We don't have enough tropps to deal with a disaster here at home or another war should a real need occur.  We're shoveling money BORROWED FROM CHINA & YEMIN and other countries into the furnace of this "Bush War."  The projected costs are now well over a TRILLION dollars and we're going broke - and we still get the Ptetraious broken record - 6 more months we're winning...

no they are not. i think hes a mans man and i think hes telling you waht is going on in fact i would say go over there and see for yourself. its a nitemare over there with theose govt fighting to hurt civilians and us and a hand full of iraqis are trying ot make a good life for themselves. you need to read and stay in tune.

Unfortunately the soldiers are merely components within the workings of the  General's machine. He doesn't care if thousands of the troops are killed as long as his objective can be reached. That is the BS behind it all because GWB is telling him he must accomplish his objective of annihilating the terrorists. This objective is pointless because the Al Qaida will fight to the last man. They will not stop and there are over 10 million of them in force.

If they are in fact BS, then who could possibly be a better source of information???  Maybe the many cable news outlets who are only concerned with ratings and the bottom line, and know that they cannot possibly get those if they report positive news.  Or perhaps our democratic candidates who have a far better grasp of the conditions then the general himself??????????
