Do you guys foresee another civil war in the making, someday in the future? Dems vs. Repubs?

Just like the Northern States, vs. the South, in those days, I think there will come a time when we will have yet another civil war! History repeats itself!

It seems that the US is being set up for a civil war. Take your pick as to which group(s) are going to benefit from this, but it defiantly will not be good for the American people in general. It may come from the pressure of illegals on the economy, the constant hammering by black "leaders" on the inequities of race or the fall of the US economy as the dollar continues its downward spiral and more business is lost to other countries. The list goes on...take your pick.

History repeats itself, but it is hugely unlikely that the US will have another civil war. First, we are entering a depression and so the US is screwed. Second, there are too many matter and places that America is involved so it will have to be constantly in watch for other countries. Iraq, Vietnam, etc.. as examples

By "we" do you mean The United States Of America? If so, probably. "You" guys are so divided on every single major issue. I don't know if it would necesarily be North vs South.

Civil war over what exactly?  Health care?  Taxes?  History only repeats itself when it's not understood or forgotten.  Who's going to do the fighting?  My liberal friends think there is never a reason to have a war, so it's unlikely to think a majority of them would ever take to weapons and fight.  I think that we've progressed to a point where the only war we'll have is a war of words which is the way it should be.  We're not savages after all.  There isn't another country on the planet that gives each individual as many rights and opportunities as our great country.  There are no guarantees though.  We also have the right to make poor and immoral choices.  There's nothing worth fighting about that we can't fix on our own if we're all held accountable for our own actions and not blame the government when life isn't the fairy tale that's seen on tv/movies.  Even God does not do for man what man can do for himself.  There's a wonderful and plentiful life to be had if you simply earn it.

I see the different races fighting in this country one day , and the muslims also attacking us.The UN will be called in to restore order because our military wont be able to.

As far as political groups go, I see the day when some 3rd party who isnt wanting to do something stupid like legalize drugs will come along and people will vote the 2 main parties out a little at a time.
