  2. Yes. He was a Zulu chieftain who came to the USA in 1889 looking for the perfect cheeseburger. He thought he would take the recipe home and sell it to the Masai, since they have all those cattle.

    He fell in love with an enigmatic green-eyed Eurasian cabaret dancer he met in Pocatello. They married and raised tri-racial kids on a cattle ranch high in the Snake mountains of Idaho.

    My grandmother, their daughter, could ride like the wind. She was so good at it that the local Indian tribe adopted her, on the condition she be a coach to their polo team.

    Her Nez Pierce name was "Little Bare", from an embarrassing incident involving an Appaloosa race in the moonlight with a strapping young warrior. She thought it was to be a private contest, but when she crossed the finish line, the whole village came out from the shadows and cheered. They changed the young man's name from "Grey Wolf" to "Buck Naked" the same night.

    This was before TV made it to the Indian reservations, and they had to make their own entertainment.
