It is hard to have any type of organization or club that doesn't charge dues. Rent often has to be paid at the meeting place, meeting notices that are sent out have stamps and paper or post cards to buy, and sometimes refreshments are served at meetings. You might find an on-line group like this one that doesn't have such expenses.
