Do you guys know any good knee exercises ?

I'm only 13 years old and I have very bad knees. My family doesn't believe me, but they don't know what pain I go through. I can't sit with my knees bent, It hurts to play any sports. I am a huge sports fanatic, I play every sport that I can, and it hurts to play them, but I don't want to stop playing sports. Does anyone know what's wrong with my knees, or any exercises I can do to help them ?

  1. You really can not strengthen a joint like the knee. The best thing that you can do is maintain hydration (drink enough fluids) and maintain proper height/weight ratio. Eat healthy and maybe try vitamins that have msm or alpha lipoic acid.  


  2. stronger quadriceps lead to stronger  knee's.

  3. use a thick short blue band and wrap it around your knee while in sitting position.

    Then pull it towards u but still pull ur knee back

    this will make it stronger
