  1. Oh, your equation is x^2-2x-15?

    then y=(x-5)(x+3)

    when x=0, y=-15, so y=-15 is your y intercept

there are two x intercepts at x=5 and x=-3

    at those points y=0

  2. (x-5)(x+3) = 0

    The x intercepts are: (5, 0) (-3, 0)

    x^2 - 2x - 15

    The y intercept is (0, -15)

    I think this is right..
