i live in indiana and i have 2 and a half years of singing experience i just need an agent for singing, do you guys know the best cheap singing agencies in indiana?

Unfortunately, you are probably going to have to leave Indiana to find an agent to represent you for singing in any serious and regular type of business.  Most legit agents are found in LA or NYC, with smaller cities like San Francisco, Chicago, etc. having niche markets.

What exactly do you want to do with singing?  If you want singing jobs, check out the craigslist listings in your area, or the local job ads.  If you want to record a CD, find a local recording studio, and get a band of like-minded people together and rock out.
