Do you guys no anyways to work out for football without going to the gym or using weights?

  1. Pull ups, burpies, lunges, Calf Raises, Side to Side shuttles, Dips, One Legged squats,  


  2. www.perfectpushup.com.  These arent your regular pushup.  Ive put on about 12 lbs in a year using these things.  Its hilarious hwo people say they dont work ha.  I guess i just magically have turned to muscle in my sleep, thats pretty cool i guess.  

  3. dips..idk if you know what those are but they help...if you have a punching bag you should try to work out on that to try and help you control your breathing and stuff and it can be kinda fun

  5. Basically substitute weights with everyday materials such as wood (heavy lumber), bricks, tires, and other things. Design your own workout using these materials to build muscle and come up with your own ideas such as using a bag full of sand as a heavy bag.

  6. push ups en sit ups are a waste of time instead eat a balanced diet practise daily how to drible etc.........

  7. lol sorry but if you dont use weights you shouldn't play football unless you wanna be a kicker  

  8. My Dad used to make me practice tackling a tree in our backyard. Never did get it down, but man I could hit hard by the time the opening game came around. I could also take a hit.
