Our muffins are all handmade, preservative free. Once baked they are snap frozen to lock in the freshness and distributed as frozen 4 packs. 7 months ago I was a home based business baking/selling approx 30 dozen a week. Now I have 3 staff, my muffins are in 30+ supermarkets and we are doing about 120 dozen a week.
