yes i think they will. they're embarassing bronze finish at hte 2004 athens games will motivate them and give them a chip on their shoulder, which means they will play even harder. also they have added jason kidd, gold medalist who will guide them to taht gold. kidds never lost an olympic game and with this squad, that streak should continue. also this team has been playing together for couple years now and with added chemistry and a better feel for each other, they now have the experience of playing with each other, just like the other foreign team. and in a sense it takes away the other countries team advantage of having that experience. i feel that in the finals a team may give them a run at it but USA should win by at least 15.

nope... they tried this a couple years ago... they have almost no big men and they all rely on talent adn talent alone. They need to bring in an actual team like the Pistons or someone who has been playing with each other for years... I hope they win, but you better hope that they sink all of their perimitter shots.

Absolutely...it will be challenging, because some countries are very competitive right now, and I know that Team USA has had some setbacks in world competition recently.  But in the end I really believe that USA will come out on top in these Olympics.

Team USA should always win basketball every year because of how talented they are.  Yet the european teams are getting better and better so it will be challenging but USA should win.  Go Wade and Lebron!
