  1. No. God would always protect us to the end of time and he wouldn't let that happen.

  2. no. Because everyone believes it shall, it wont, because we will all be expecting it.

  3. No.

Why 2012 rather than any other year? Sure, people die every year, so I guess the normal amount expected will die that year, but only God knows when the world will end.

  4. i guess it will for those who die in 2012

  5. Although we really can't know, it's rather silly believing it will without any real evidence. No.

  6. No, the world would end in 2012.  It is just a false rumor.  So do not worry.  Do not be scared.  I assure you that the world will not end on 2012 December 21 but it will end one day.  Remember that if there is a beginning, there is an end.

Nostradamus’ prophecy of when the world will end is far into the future, past about 3700.  This is in agreement with what I heard and learned from the Holy Spirit—that there will only be about 144,000 around AD 2200, peace reigns for a thousand years till around AD 3200, and then Satan will be released to test the descendants of the elect for about 500 years.  After that, the end will come.

The Mayan’s Mesoamerican Long Count calendar forms the basis for a New Age belief, first forecast by Jose Arguelles, that a cataclysm will take place on or about 2012 December 21 (Wikipedia).  Mainstream Mayan scholars consider “cataclysm” or “apocalypse” as a misinterpretation for to the Mayan scribes, it literally means uncovering or revealing.

The Long Count has 360 days in a year called “Tun”.  A “Tun” has 18 months or “unials” and each “unial” has 20 days.  Twenty (20) Tuns is a Katun and 20 Katuns is a Baktun (144,000 days or about 400 solar years).  Thirteen (13) Baktuns is a “Great Cycle” of 1,872,000 days (5,200 Tuns or about 5,125 solar years).  The Great Cycle in the proleptic Gregorian calendar started on 3114 BC August 11 (day 0.0.0.0.0) and ends on 2012 December 21 (day 13.0.0.0.0) – winter solstice in the Northern Hemisphere.  The Great Cycle restarts the next day (day 0.0.0.0.0).  The representation of the Great Cycle of the Mayan Long Count calendar is as follows: (13 Baktuns.20 Katuns.20 Tuns.18 Uinals.20 days).

In the book of Revelation, it tells us about a period of a thousand years of peace. Has this occurred already since the time of Jesus?  Not yet. That will still come. Those that give predictions of the world’s end, such as 2012 and numerous times during the past, are pseudo-preachers. Have they talked to God directly? If so, give proofs.

But there is something that will certainly happen—and that is our physical death. This is what we should prepare for. It may come when least expected. We do not know the day and the hour. It will come like a thief in the night. So we just have to be prepared all the time. Search for the true God and when we find Him, follow His commandments and remain in Him until our last dying breath.

This is all that we have to do. It is faith in the true God that we can take with us when we depart from this world. If we denied Him, He will deny us also before the Father in Heaven and send us to h**l. This is very scary – to live in h**l forever.  If we knew Him and loved Him and followed His commandments, then He may reward us to live with Him eternally in His kingdom in Heaven. This is the survival kit that we should have.

Did you know that in his or her boredom, “Thanks for reading this” theorized in Yahoo Answers, Religion & Spirituality section, that 2012 is 20 + 12 = 32, the approximate age of Jesus when He was crucified and died?  I answered that when Jesus died, He was actually 32 solar years old, equivalent to 33 lunar years.  Details are in http://www.geocities.com/peacecrusader88...  Is this a sign that God is warning us of the impending calamity around 2012, like the end of the Mayan’s calendar cycle?  But I repeat, 2012 is not the end of the world yet.

The Holy Spirit also told us that beings from another planet will take only the marked good people out of this world.  I asked Him if it’s a million.  He said much less than that.  Then I asked if the number is the one mentioned in Revelation and He affirmed it.  A few weeks ago this year, 2008, as I was reading Revelation, I came across Revelation 14:3 to wit (King James Version):  ÃƒÂ¢Ã‚€ÂœAnd they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.”  ÃƒÂ¢Ã‚€ÂœRedeemed from the earth” means saved from the earth.  And there were 144,000 of them.  This must be what the Holy Spirit was referring to several years ago.  His advice to all: leave their wicked way of life and change their way of thinking.  We should come back to the true God before it’s too late.  (I read in Isaiah 55:7 this message, to wit (KJV): “Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.”)  Be good then so that we may be considered to be among the 144,000 who will be saved, and later will restart and repopulate this world.  The Holy Spirit told us to tell people about this prophecy even though they accuse us as being out of our minds.  He assured us that this will happen, similar to Noah’s prophecy of the Great Flood which took a hundred years before it was fulfilled.  The vessel that Noah used to be saved was an ark.  This time, another kind of vesssel will be used to save the elect.

What is also certain to happen very soon (in about 2012 or earlier) is World War III and this is a nuclear war.  This “calamitous war” (as Nostradamus called it) will start from the Philippines, at Spratly Islands in particular.  The Spratly Islands lie on the southeast part of the South China Sea mostly near the coast of the Philippines.  The Holy Spirit told us that the Philippines is the wick of a gas lamp.  Once the wick is lit, it will be on and aglow.  He told us about this prophecy about two decades ago.  He said that the troubles in the Philippines will spread to the whole world until mankind is almost annihilated and a few will remain.  Spratly Islands are being claimed wholly by China, Taiwan and Vietnam; and partly by Malaysia, Brunei and the Philippines.  The area is considered a tinderbox, a flash point.  It is very rich in oil and gas resources, estimated to be more than the reserve of Kuwait.  The high price of oil may trigger the grabbing of these islands and start the war.

Four independent prophecies point to the certainty that this will happen.  These are Nostradamus’ prophecies to happen around this time (quatrains 6:24 and 2:62) , the 56th Chinese prophecy of Tui Bei Tu (the past 55 prophecies have already been fulfilled) found at http://www.alexchiu.com/philosophy/corp3... and Wikipedia, Revelation 9:18 of the Holy Bible, and those that the Holy Spirit revealed to us.  If you are interested in the details about these prophecies, please send me your request via email.

After the calamitous war, we will have a new age, a spiritual awakening or enlightenment, and peace will reign for a long time.  The population would have been reduced by a third and there will be much arable land that will be available.  People will be living in planned cities and communities.  Would you like to live in a city where the land is free and you are guaranteed possession of the land for 50 years, renewable, and which you can bequeath to an heir?

The Holy Spirit has given His prophecies and these are what will happen.  Be rest assured then that the world will not end yet.  But please, heed what He advises us to do—to change our wicked way of life and change our wrong beliefs.  Come back to the true God.

I am just sharing with you what I heard and learned from the Holy Spirit.  The decision to believe Him or not depends upon yourself.  I am not forcing anyone to believe in what I share.  It is not my responsibility to save you or anyone, but the person’s.

Isaiah 35:4 (KJV) states: “Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompense; he will come and save you.”

  7. It's possible.  There is a lot of evidence that it will, but God is the last one to decide.

The Mayans had the most accurate calender of any ancient civilization.  It has been proven that their calender was almost perfect.  It forcasted for hundreds of years after their way of life was extinct.  Except that it ends in 2012.  So, what is that about.  Most people think that 2012 is going to be the end of the world.  Nicodemus/Nostradomus had prophetic visions or premonitions/forcasts of future events.  He said the world would end on 12/21/2012.  If you believe in the bible code then there is a message in the bible that says that the world will end in 2012.

There have been many reasons to point to 2012 as the last year of our lives.  Yet, people have been sure of the end of the world for thousands of years and they haven't been right yet.  I wouldn't worry about it.  When God comes, he comes, and no one can ever be certain of what time or day.  The bible tells us to just be ready, to accept God as the true God and Savior, and just be ready.

  8. i really think the world won't end.

  9. i think more signs point to this one, so naturally more people will believe it.  i am still undecided, but i just can't seem to let go the possibility that this could be the one.  i never bought into the Y2K doomsday, but for some reason this one just hangs around in my mind.

  10. i am always straight A at science, and tell youthe truth the earth is going to end in 2060 to 2070, and i am special, god gave me a dream one night that the earth's end is is in 2060-2070, and in the morning i read the newspaper where it says that newton says that earth might end in 2060-2070, and for advanced there is going to a earthquake in america in 2050, not that i am geek or god give gift

  11. no one really knows when the world will end. So I would have to say I don't know.

  12. 2012. Really? Wow, people seem stupider and stupider every year. The world was supposed to end in 2000 with Y2K remember. BS

  13. it will for thousands of people, not everyone.  why?  we all die.

  14. No one truly knows when the world will end.  There have been several references to the world ending in December 2012 from the Mayans and the Ancient Chinese.  Also Nastradamus predicted the world ending in 2012 after World War III breaks out.  He predicted the coming of the devil in disguise - and many believe that Obama is that devil in disguise.  Its crazy to think about, and to read how many different references there are to the world ending in 2012.

But who knows.  I mean, I don't think it is going to end because I'd rather it not happen.  But you still have to live life like its your last day, month, year, whatever...

  15. No. people also thought that the world was flat and that when it rained it rained because the sun was crying.

There are many philosophies about 2012 being the end of the world, but keep in mind that the Mayans had different calendars. 2012 may have happened a long time ago. Who knows. Right now, we have the technology to determine and forsee these things, eg, a meteor coming, weather, space/gravitational changes, etc.

The Mayans believed that in 2012 (assumably) TIME would end. Not the world. Perhaps since they based their time on the stars and constellations, this would be the day their star would disapear from THEIR skies. You get me?

  16. No, i don't think  so.  The same thing will happen that happened at all the end of the world dates, nothing except a few people running around as if they were chickens with their heads cut off.

  17. No because earth is not shaking at this moment. So no reason to believe on a "prediction" for a time 4 years ahead.

  18. i dont think the world will ever end, however the world as we know it may end.  I think all evedence points to a change in the world....and and end in a since.

  19. I don't know for certain. The Mayans never said anything about the world ending, they said the "Fifth Sun" would end. Archaeological records showed that they fully expected the world to continue long past 2012, but that some sort of era would end. To them, it was like Y2K was for us; the end of an era.

Surely, a few of them probably thought the world would end, but probably not the majority; they would have seen it as the calendar flipping over.

Certainly, none of this precludes the would ending on that day; it's just as likely as any other day to be the end. But I wouldn't look to it as some sort of inevitable prophecy.

P.S. Nostradamus never said anything about 2012. His "quatrain" prophecies carried through to the year AD 3797, and even then the didn't predict any sort of ending--they just ran out.

  20. NO!!! i had a religon teacher stood up in class and swore up and down that "the world is gonna end 2004"....that was back in 97. no one knows when the world is going to end. so don't worry.

  21. maybe, i mean so many people predicted it. and the mayan calendar just ended on that exact day, after thousands of years? i mean why that day? so, who knows- maybe it will.

  22. Of course not, only God knows when the end will come, not man.

  23. no. the world will end in about 4.5 billion years or so when the sun explodes. and not a moment before.
