No. AIDS weakens your immune system, that's all it does.

Though any other conditions that might give you hallucinations, might be more catchable with a weak immune system.

I have never heard that AIDS will cause hallucinations...but, I don't know...maybe some of the med's do??  

Also, if you don't mind me asking...why is this question in the food and drink area?  Shouldn't you ask in an area of medical info?  I don't care personally but if you are looking for the correct answer I don't know that this is the place to ask.  Good luck and peace.
